Our Customer Solutions Center houses the people and technology that are central to providing the industry-leading capabilities and unmatched service we deliver to every program, provider and patient interaction. As a “Center of Excellence” by Purdue University’s Center for Customer Driven Excellence, this designation underscores our dedication to positively affect each patient’s life by supporting safe, effective access to therapy. Additionally, our non-dispensing pharmacy, licensed in every state provides a prescription-neutral environment that helps patients begin and remain on therapy while paying the lowest out-of-pocket cost.

Working together, these dedicated, specialized teams offer our customers a unique on-boarding structure for new programs—ultimately ensuring optimal sustainability, consistency, continuity, and successful long-term management of our programs.
